Reklamation
På den här sidan kan du göra en reklamationsanmälan gällande komplett byggnation eller monteringssats.

Vänligen läs följande innan du lämnar en reklamation:
- För att garanti ska gälla måste samtliga punkter i vår garantipolicy nedan uppfyllas.
- Vi tar endast emot reklamation via formuläret här på hemsidan.
- Vi godtar ej direktfakturering till oss som en reklamation.
- Garanti på lastbilspåbyggnad inkl. komponenter och reservdelar gäller i 12 månader.
- Godkännes ej reklamationen returneras de insända delarna endast om detta särskilt angivits i reklamationsformuläret. I annat fall skrotas de omedelbart.

Om samtliga punkter i vår garantipolicy är uppfyllda fyller du i formuläret och skickar in till oss.
Fält markerade med * är obligatoriska att fylla i för att kunna skicka in reklamationen.

Just nu kan det ta lite längre tid för oss att behandla din reklamationsanmälan då vi genomför en omorganisation och har personal under upplärning i nya roller. Vi ber dig ha överseende med detta. Vi återkopplar så snart vi kan!

Vi registrerar den så snart vi har möjlighet och återkopplar till dig gällande status på ditt reklamationsärende.
Please read the following before submitting a complaint:
- For the warranty to apply, all points in our warranty policy below must be met.
- We only accept complaints via the form here on the website.
- We do not accept direct billing to us as a complaint for compensation.
- Warranty on truck body incl. components and spare parts are valid for 12 months.
- If the complaint is not approved, the submitted parts will only be returned if this has been specifically stated in the complaint form. Otherwise, they are scrapped immediately.

Submitted complaints are handled by the person in charge.
We will register it as soon as we have the opportunity and give you feedback on the current status of your complaint case.
